1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are the artificial plants realistic?
Yes. Our artificial plants are made with high-quality silk, plastic, and PE materials to achieve a very natural look and texture. Many customers say they look real from a distance and even up close.
6. Do the flowers and leaves fade over time?
Our plants are made with UV-resistant and fade-resistant materials. They will maintain their beautiful color for many years when placed indoors, away from direct harsh sunlight.
7. Are the pots included?
Yes. All products are sold as complete potted plants — the decorative planter is included with the arrangement.
8. How do I clean the artificial plants?
Simply dust gently with a soft cloth or feather duster. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals.
9. Are the plants suitable for outdoors?
Our artificial plants are designed for indoor use. They can be placed in covered outdoor areas (like patios or porches) but are not recommended for full outdoor exposure to rain and strong sunlight.
10. Do you offer different sizes and styles?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of sizes — from small tabletop plants to large floor plants — and many popular styles including monstera, fiddle leaf fig, snake plant, lavender, roses, and more.
11. Are the plants safe for pets?
Yes. Our artificial plants are non-toxic and safe for homes with pets and children.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
